Happy Cottons specializes in southeastern swag. We help Nashvillians express their local pride in a fun and distinctive way with hand screen-printed apparel.
Erin Tolbert, a Nashvillian for 17 years and counting, originally moved to the city to be a part of its thriving healthcare scene. She earned her masters degree at Vanderbilt University and kicked off her career as a nurse practitioner. A handful of years later, she started a business of her own helping new healthcare providers in her profession get their careers off on the right foot with supplemental education programs. More than 10 years into her healthcare career, Erin still said the best job she ever had was working at a local ice-cream shop during high school summers. Why? Because all of the customers were happy.
At Happy Cottons she has re-envisioned this passion for happy customers, this time through hyperlocal apparel and swag. While she doesn’t get quite the bicep workout that came with a long day of scooping ice cream, she’s thrilled to bring joy to Southeasterners (and guests) through the Happy Cottons brand. Our goal here at Happy Cottons is to help you show your local pride in a fun and distinctive way. We want you receive your product with as much joy as you would an ice cream cone on a hot summer day. (Or visit us at your local farmer’s market or event and you may just have both!)
Our pop-up store opens starting August 28th at 306 46th AVE N (formerly the Vegan Vee).
